Configuring An Existing Email Account On iOS Devices
Please follow the steps below in order to configure an existing email account on your iPhone / iPad or other iOS devices. iOS devices with similar versions may vary from the screenshots provided. Alternative screenshots are provided where documented differences occur.
Finding Your Email Account
- Go to your ‘Settings’ app.
- Scroll down on your screen and tap on ‘Mail, Contacts, Calendars’.
- Scroll down again until you see the existing email account you want to configure.


Mail Account Setting
- Enter Your Account.
- Make sure you have the correct incoming mail server (mail-demandboost.atmailcloud.com), username (youremail@yourdomain.com), and password (your password) as shown on the screenshot below.


Outgoing Mail Server Setting
- On the main Mail Account Setting page click on SMTP Tab.
- Click on the Primary Server Tab. Do not worry if yours show anything other than smtp-demandboost.atmailcloud.com.
- Make sure the server button is ON.
- Make sure to edit the setting to reflect exactly same information as it shown on the screenshot provided (Host Name: smtp-demandboost.atmailcloud.com).
- Make sure the SSL button is ON.
- Make sure the server port used is 465 (if it did not work please try port 25).
- Click on the Done button at the top right corner.



Advanced Settings Part 1
- On the main Email Account Setting page click on Advanced Tab.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Make sure the Use SSL is ON and Server port is 993.


Advanced Settings Part 2
- Scroll Up again to the top part of the advanced page.
- Click on each of the Mailbox folders and update them according to the info provided in the next steps.

Drafts Mailbox Setting
- Select the Draft tab from the ON THE SERVER section.
- Click on the ADVANCED button on the top left corner of the page to go back.

Sent Mailbox Setting
- Select the Sent tab from the ON THE SERVER section.
- Click on the ADVANCED button on the top left corner of the page to go back.

Trash Mailbox Setting
- Select the Trash tab from the ON THE SERVER section.
- Click on the ADVANCED button on the top left corner of the page to go back.
- Then Click on the Account Button on the top left corner to go to the main page.
- On the Email Account Setting page click on DONE button on the top right corner to save all changes and the setup is complete.
