Problems with Timeouts while using Webmail
Timeouts could be caused by more than 1 person accessing an account. An account can only be accessed via WebMail via 1 browser at a time. If the same account is logged in elsewhere, the first login will receive a timeout error.
Cannot Login Due To Serialization Failure
If you see the following error message when trying to log into your email account:
SQLSTATE: Serialization failure: 1213 Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction.
Clear your browser’s cache to resolve the issue.
