Manual Account Configuration
When setting up the account on Thunderbird You need to Click on Manual Configuration (not auto recognition provided at first step). Then you will need to enter the server configuration as provided below:
Incoming Mail Server: | mail-demandboost.atmailcloud.com |
Outgoing Mail Server: | smtp-demandboost.atmailcloud.com |
Incoming Mail Port: | 993 |
Outgoing Mail Port: | 465 or 25 |
Account Type: | IMAP |
SSL Encryption (both Ingoing and Outgoing): | Yes |
Use Authentication for SMTP Server: | Yes |
Step by Step Instructions

First Click on Create a New Email Account

Enter your name and email address along with the password for your email account and click on continue

Choose IMAP and click on Manual Configuration

Enter the incoming and outgoing server information along with the ports provided below.
Click on Done.

If a notification is shown. Please select the check box and click on Done

After saving these changes you should be able to send and receive emails. Other aspects of account configuration are optional and self-explanatory.
